We are Billy and Amanda and our goal with Freedom Contracting is to bring your all in one home renovation dreams to life. 

Billy Oulton from Nanaimo British Columbia who has  20+ years of general contracting experience from large projects to just needing that trim around a window installed or a new screen door installed he can do it all. Amanda Millward Oulton has moved around and experienced painting in all forms in different places across Alberta and BC.

We started Freedom Contracting Canada while living in Red Deer Alberta, we have now moved back home to Naniamo British Columbia and are very excited to pick up where we left off. Any questions please give us a call today!
